We are not a global company as of now. SIMPLIWOW, domiciled in Bangalore, is the data controller, processing your Personal Information within India. If required, we shall put in place appropriate safeguards with our service providers, and other business partners and agents to ensure that transfers of personal information outside the EEA, USA and other countries (as applicable) are adequately protected.
